3. After your payment has been successful, We will direct you to the download page where you can get a PDF file with instruction on what you need to prepare.
4. You will also receive an email containing the download link. If you don’t have a Hellokuro Account yet, it will automatically be followed by user account and password.

★★★ AFTER PURCHASE ★★★

1. Send us 2-3 photos of person you would like us to illustrate: hi@hellokuro.com.
We will further inform you if there is any trouble with the photos before drawing. In that case, please kindly check your email regularly.

2. Once the drawing is done, We will provide your digital files (JPG) via email.

3. The entire process typically takes between 7-14-20 days. It might vary due to calendar and the load of work.

4. We don’t accept revision for this service.
