1. Send us 2-3 photos of person you would like us to illustrate: hi@hellokuro.com.
We will further inform you if there is any trouble with the photos before drawing. In that case, please kindly check your email regularly.

2. Once the drawing is done, We will provide your digital files (JPG & PNG) via email.

3. The entire process typically takes between 7-14-20 days. It might vary due to calendar and the load of work.
