1. Send us 2-3 photos of person you would like us to illustrate: hi@hellokuro.com.
We will further inform you if there is any trouble with the photos before drawing. In that case, please kindly check your email regularly.

2. Once the drawing is done, We will provide your digital files (JPG & PNG) via email.

3. The entire process typically takes between 7-14-20 days. It might vary due to calendar and the load of work.

1. This product is for digital files, nothing will arrive to you via postal service. (NO SHIPPING FEES)

2. If you require a faster turnaround time, please send us a message and we can discuss the potential to expedite service for a fee.

3. Please keep in mind that these portraits are not meant to look exactly like the photos you send us. They are a more “cutesy / cartoony.”

4. Your finished item may not be the EXACT color that you see on your screen. All computer monitors and printers are different, and will not all look the same.

5. The default price is counted per one individual, captured from the head part to waist only.

6. Due to the product is digital, we don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
